Tier 2 - Assisted Customization
Personalized consultation and layout design (virtual or in-person).
Provides clients with a collaborative, guided experience that blends DIY creativity with professional expertise. Perfect for those who want a personalized, polished display without committing to a full concierge installation. This tier includes custom design recommendations, curated décor selections, tailored lighting and audio plans, and optional on-site or virtual assistance during setup. We help refine the layout, enhance the storytelling, and integrate special effects or upgraded elements. The result is a display that feels custom-built and expertly composed—while still allowing the client to be hands-on in bringing the magic to life.
Tier 3 - Concierge Experience
We handle everything! — creative design, fabrication, installation, and teardown.

From the first creative consultation to final installation, we guide each client through a seamless process of concept development, design visualization, fabrication, setup, and potential re-theming. This service scales from intimate residential showcases to large-scale commercial attractions—combining artistry, lighting, sound, animatronics, and special effects into one cohesive narrative experience.
